Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
For an item to be eligible for a return, it needs to be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging and include all parts and accessories.
- Returned with the original order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot process returns for:
- Products that have been used or damaged.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Any return that has not been pre-approved.
We are only able to process returns for products purchased directly from our website, vseeboxshops.com. We cannot handle returns or other customer service requests for items bought from other retailers.
Return Shipping
If your return is due to our mistake—for example, if you received the wrong or a defective item—we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns, such as if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact us: Email our customer service team at vseeboxshops@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Get authorization: Wait for our team to provide you with return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
Send it back: Ship the item to the address we provide you.
Refund Process
After we get your return back and check it over, we'll send you an email.
If everything looks good, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Keep in mind that we can only refund shipping fees if the return was due to a mistake on our part.
